Subject: GIANT ARCHAEOLOGICAL FIND IN GREECE…
These astounding photos are from a recent archaeological discovery in Greece; This totally unexpected find furnishes proof of the existence of “Nephilim”. Nephilim is the word used to describe the giants spoken of in biblical times by Enoch as well as the giant David fought against (Goliath). It is generally believed that most of these Giants came about when the fallen angels had union with earthly woman. Note the incredible size of the skull…

HOAX Uncovered:
THERE’S A good reason we haven’t heard about this epic discovery in the New York Times, Scientific American, or any other legitimate publication, and that is that these photos, like the one circulating since 2004 purporting to show a giant skeleton found in the Middle East, are fakes.
As if it weren’t preposterous enough to claim that one 15-foot-tall fossilized human skeleton had turned up without media fanfare, we’re asked to believe that archaeologists recently dug up four of them in a single location (Greece). In point of fact, each of the photos appears to have been taken at a different time and place.
So far I’ve only been able to locate the original of one of them, but it serves as clear proof that Photoshopping took place. Image #4 was created by inserting an outsized human skull into a photo of a 1993 University of Chicago dinosaur dig in Niger, Africa (see the original here). Moreover, if you look at a blow-up of the doctored image, the skull appears flattened and unnatural (and one of the workers actually appears to be standing on it!)
Similarly, a blow-up of image #2 with brightness and contrast enhanced reveals unnaturally dark “shadows” around the skull. The skull in Image #3 is marked by incongruously bright highlights on the teeth and around the edges of the gaping temple wound. And in image #5 the shadows coming off the skeleton fall more or less toward the camera, while the worker’s shadow falls due left, suggesting that elements of two different photos were combined.
Finally, despite frequent references to “giants” in ancient mythology and English translations of the Bible, there is no generally accepted scientific or historical evidence that such beings ever actually existed (unless you consider the Weekly World News a reliable source).

There are four sites. One photo and a cropping from each of three sites and one photo from the fourth.
I have been a serious photographer for decades and see no clear evidence of photo fraud.
1) The shadows do not cause me to doubt the first (pit) photo. All shadows are consistent with the sun coming from slightly rear and left at about 45 degrees above the horizon. The presence of all visible teeth coupled with the open mouth suggests that a sturdy structure protected the head. The light area in the skull fracture was most likely caused by sunlight reflecting off the rock to its right, which is also providing some light to the rock on the left side of the excavation.
2) All shadows in the first pair of photos (multiple workers) are consistent with the sun coming from the left at about 45 degrees above the horizon. The worker’s boot on the skull is explained by the fact that is where it would have to be for the gray frame to be balanced on his leg and the skull. However, the placement of the two rocks covering part of the chin of the skull is odd.
3) Shadows in the second pair of photos (standing man) are consistent with the sun coming from the right at more than 45 degrees above the horizon. The questionable aspect is the dark right rib cage area, which could not be a shadow given the sun location.
4) The underground photos do raise a shadow question. The shadow from the top of the skull to the left cheek and above the rock or pot covering half the chin would appear only if the flash was being held about a foot below the camera lens, which is possible and may have done for visual effect.

As the note in red says at the end, this is a ridiculous Internet rumor that’s persisted since 2004. These photos have been claimed to represent an Islamic prophet, a Hindu god and now biblical history. You should be embarrassed for not checking this out before posting it to your site. It took me all of three minutes and one google search to get info on this fraud. You’re perpetuating ignorance by not fact-checking what you post and doing a disservice to your readership.

These photos are an example of the use of Photo Shop. If you look at the teeth in photos 2, 3, 5 and 6 you will see they are the same. All have the same dark spot on the left side uppers as you look at the photo. The slant of the teeth in these four photos are the same. The crack at the bridge of the nose is the same also. In phots 2 and 3 the person taking notes has his foot on top of the skull, controlled digs would not allow. No way this would be allowed. In photo 2 the people in the green and blue/purple shirts are recording information on large bone that does not look human. This bone is also to short for a gaints bone and if it is true he would not have been a gaint. If we use SHACK, basketball player, as an example you can see all these are all wrong.

I think that it is all too easy for Christians to place a higher emphasis than needed on archaeological discoveries. Certainly, I am excited when we find tangible evidence that supports the truth of the Bible. But these discoveries do not change my faith. I know that God’s word is true, so discoveries in the natural realm should not surprise me. Also, my faith in God is not dependent on what man can discover or find, so a lack of tangible evidence does not cause my faith to waver. Unfortunately, many people become so caught up in “proving” what needs to be a matter of faith that they miss the point.

When I see one of these Giant skeletons displayed in a legitimate Museum then I will believe it. I do however agree with what Ann Called Meg is saying about our current government and how most of the media falls in step with what ever agenda they follow….take the coverage of the Tea Party protests and the recent Illegal Immigration Law protests in Arizona as one example. If you don’t see the extreme differences in coverage then you’re not well informed by seeing the whole picture. Regarding the ‘Giants’ I will agree with Joshua….I have seen these same pics in emails over the last 5 years and it didn’t start with the biblical version but the Hindu so don’t be so hasty to pin this latest emergence on Christians. Get all the facts first, then use the common sense you were born with to arrive at the best conclusion.
(This should also apply to everything you do in your life….including voting!)

Well I think most evidences for the nephilims may have been wiped during the Great Flood..somewhere around 6000 B.C. according to Near East archaeologists..though this also again a subject of debate whether the Flood was actually local or global in nature!!! but some ancient artifacts found in the vicinity of Lake Titicaca (Andes) and Baalbek (Lebanon) actual defies any human engineering feat..also something fishy goin on bout the Smithsonian Institute in covering up most of these archaeological findings in the Americas..when reports dating back to the early 18th of giants’ remains that were uncovered from various parts of N.America by locals were hushed up by secret societies like the Illumanti..who claim the remains have been taken for research purposes…later they claim they never had possession of such remains! eh!

Oh! by the way our museums never displays such remains of giants! Why?? probably the evolutionists would not like such aberration disturbing the theory of man’s origin…eh!! All cultures including the tribe (Paite) to which I belong talks of giants….why is that too a coincidence? I am from the North-East part of India we have 7 states..each state have variouis dialects and tribes, but all speak of a giant race that once walked the earth….Most legends are born out of facts that were diluted down the ages losing its sense of originality!!!! Some evolutionist may ask..why would giants inhabit the ancient earth?? what purpose did they serve?? In fact most scientists will agree that 99% of reality is actually invisible!!! so we are dealing with a phenomena that originated in the invisible realm..wanting to make extension into our physical world..and that too against God’s and nature’s laws Why?? even physicists working at the CERN facility in France intended to simulate the Big Bang have talked of exploring extra dimensions beyond that of our own!

Yes, i agree plenty of room for controversy as to the Smithsonian’s stance. There seems to be quite a few folks who have a lot to say on this subject. I would ask :What do you believe? In regards to Gen 6 account and the somewhat emphatic stance some Christians take about Angels and the Women of Men. Do you or any others believe they sired the “Giants–Nephilim?”

Although the pictures may be photoshopped, it does not stop me from believing in Nephilim. Goliath and his brothers were descendants of the union of the sons of God and daughters of men…why else would God chose to destroy mankind…by the time Noah came along the gene pool had been corrupted by the breeding of fallen angels with the daughters of men.

You are missing the point. Angels are a seperate and distinct order of creation. They cannot reproduce. Jesus said in Mat 22:30 “For in the resurrection they neither marry , nor are they given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.” If that were so we would have have alot of people able to fly. Angels are sexless, except when they lie to people who want sex with a demonic spirit. in Genesis 6:5 you have the reason God brought judgement.

The bones are not human they are from a dinosaur found in Greece in 2004. by a team from The university of Chicago. The photos have been doctored up in Photo shop so as to look like a human scull of gigantic proportion was found.

I think that it’s very possible that all the photos are real. The only one that I’m not sure about is the one where the skeleton is laid out, and a man is standing near it with a table in his hand. I’m not sure if all the shadows line up, but it’s possible that they do.
As for our government – it would definitely suit their purposes to not report this in our news. They don’t want anybody believing in God or his Son, Jesus Christ. Evolution is taught in our public schools, which leads to atheism, and disbelief in the Bible. It has, sadly, been bought by many as true, and has adversely affected our culture. I agree with Ann called Meg, and others who have posted here that our government would not want us to know anything in archaeology that supports the Bible. There have been other giant skeletons found in the past; these are not the first. Also, a Chinese team (from Hong Kong?) along with a Turkish team found Noah’s Ark on top of Mt. Ararat and has published photos, but there has not been one word said about it on our mainstream news. They are not the first to see it, but their photos of the Ark are the first I have ever seen.

Although I would love this to be true, I have seen the originals which shows that they are photoshop do-overs. I wish we did live in a world where there was existence of mythological characters, dragons, giants, elves, pixies, gnomes, goblins, unicorns, minotaurs, centaurs, witches, warlocks, wizards. Yes. Giants did exist. Actually they existed two different times on the earth.
The first time is recorded in Genesis Chap 6, which resulted in nearly every family on earth marrying into the family tree of their offspring, until there was only Noah who was perfect in his generations (or genealogy) back to Adam.
It was an attempt to cut-off the promised Messiah from being born in Adam’s family tree (which is a requirement under the law of redemption). God waited until He had no choice but to send the flood and destroy all but Noah and his family (btw the parentage is passed on by the father).
The second time it happened was after the flood. God continued to warn people not to marry into family trees of their offspring. Until eventually God established Himself a people on the earth and sent them into the land to kill all of these again, but this time with the sword. God then gave the lands that they occupied as an eternal inheritance to His people.
If anyone wants to know more, I will be happy to share. I wrote a book on the subject.

Too bad some of these pictures look to have been doctored. I have been researching Giantism in the human race for over a year now. Very interesting findings worldwide, and the Smithsonian Institute does’nt want to hear about them, or even admit they exist. What a shame, and it is held up by our Govt. to be the last word on Archeology, History, etc. Just goes to show that you cannot put your Trust in Man. So if you feel “burned” because once again you go “Conned” by these pictures, just remember Jesus Christ gave us all a Gift to end all Gifts, Salvation, and all we have to do is believe on his Name, and ask that he Cleanse us from our Sins, and accept his Salvation. No need to believe in “true” pictures, or any other product of man. For you who are genuinely interested in the study of the existence of Giants, check out a Biography of the Early Years of Wild Bill Hickok, I believe it’s on page 254, but I could be wrong, anyway a tribe of Indians brings him a Giant sized Human Femur bone, which a medical doctor of that time readily identifies as a very large human femur bone, and read the Lore of the Indians as told to Hickok way back in 1871 about the Giants. Very interesting, and no doctored photographs. Just the word of an enterprising Indian Scout, Pony Express rider, Indian Fighter, and Wild West Show entrepreneur, what could be more trustworthy? As typical, another article using photos that have been around for a decade or longer.
In each photograph, the positioning of the people verses the relics increases the size of these by PERSPECTIVE. If they were positioned in FRONT of the relics they would appear to be MUCH smaller.
I personally have seen a man whos hight had to exceed 7 foot, and his muscular weight had to exceed 600 lbs. So people like this had some disorder. thier cells did not die at the same rate as ours, so they continue to grow. The man I knew, was still growing, sometimes so fast, his skin would split. This is the case with such giant remains. They are not impossible, just improbable.
Such giants can live indeffinently, growing untill their cell replication slows, and the cells start to die faster than they are created. Its proven this is true by medical science, although its quite uncommon, and CAN be passed along by heredity. Hence, ancient races of giants.

The skull is the same one of the first photo and later appears in a species of tunnel.. as if they had carried the skull from a place to another.. rare. Look that the skull is with a low two teeths less.

Thanks Michael Kelly for your encouraging words and wittness as well as , the book title for checking out wild Bill Hickocks story about the indians. I was fooled into thinking these might be real and feel foolish for not looking into it more. Maybe this will help, but the wittness was the best , the only thing that matters is God , but I was so hoping to be able to present some evidence to people ,time is running out.

Thanks for the great research… My poor 82 year old grandma forwarded me a email telling me of the griant found on Greece proclaiming proof of the Nephilim found! Makes me sick that first off someone would face such a thing and that any one with half a brain continue to miss lead poor old ladys and children!
While I believe in the nephilim hoaxes like this do great damage to Christianity and make us look like fools to the world. On the other hand the scientific community has in the past been subject to countless hoaxes that we should be able to get away with one every now and then!

While I respect your world view it seems that you may have been highjacked by a conspiracy theory spirit… Which Paul warns us of… If the government could not cover up the hundreds of hoaxes that Doc. Hovind tells us has been revealed within evolution over the years like the fake Pitdown Man and or at least water gate then surly they cannot cover up hundreds of giant bones that are popping up everywhere. Hi there. I was reading genisis again, and i got really interested in giants, and thought that i would do some research, i have seen many pics that claim to be real and then on the next site they claim to be fakes LOL so i give up, like that one girl said, your faith should not depend on what is real and what is not, faith is exactly that… faith.
